Play Group / Pre-Nursery – 2 years+
Nursery – 3 years+
Kindergarten (LKG / UKG) – 4 to 5 years+
(Age calculated as on 31st March of the admission year)

Vaccination record / medical certificate
Address proof (any government ID)
